What you need

cup creamy peanut butter

tbsp unsalted butter
cup liquid honey

cup old fashioned rolled oats
Instructions
1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside. Peanut Butter Oat Mixture: 2. In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add 1 cup of peanut butter and honey. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and whisk together. Heat for another 15 seconds until fully smooth! Add in oats and stir. Chocolate Mixture: 3. In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and butter. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and whisk together. Heat for another 30 seconds until fully smooth! Peanut Butter Oat Chocolate Bars: 4. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter oat mixture and the chocolate mixture together. Pour into the prepared baking pan. This will be a little thick, so you can use a spatula to help spread it evenly in the baking dish. 5. Melt two large spoonfuls of peanut butter in a microwave-safe dish for 30 seconds until melted, and pour on top of the peanut butter/chocolate mixture. 6. Refrigerate bars for 3 hours or overnight and enjoy for breakfast!View original recipe
