What you need
fl oz vegetable oil

oz active dry yeast

tsp granulated sugar

tsp salt

oz all purpose flour

fl oz full fat milk
Instructions
Put flour in a medium size bowl. Push flour to the sides of the bowl, forming a little hole in the middle of the flour. Put salt and sugar around the sides. Break egg in the middle of the bowl where hole is. Then add the milk to the middle as well. Beat the egg and milk with the dry ingredients till combine with a whisk or fork. As dough gets thicker, take out dough on a flour surfaced and knead. If dough is a little sticky, you add a little more flour. Let dough sit for 30-45 minutes in bowl, cover with foil and towel. Fill pan with oil and have on high heat so oil gets very hot. Once oil is hot then bring down to medium heat and grab a handful of dough and start to stretch it out (watch video). Place dough in frying pan and cook for about 2 min on each side or till each side is golden brown. Enjoy!!!View original recipe
