What you need

banana

cup powdered sugar

cup heavy cream

instant vanilla pudding

cup buttermilk

tsp vanilla extract
egg

cup granulated sugar

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp salt

tsp aluminum-free baking powder

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9x13 baking dish or I used a 11x11 square spring form pan! I love baking with it. 2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt and set aside. 3. In a mixing bowl using a hand or stand mixer beat together the sugar and melted butter for about 3-5 minutes on medium speed. 4. Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Beat together. 5. Alternating flour and butter milk add till fully combined. 6. Bake for 30 min. My cake baked at exactly 28 min so check around 25 min. If using the 9x13 cake pan could take up to 35 min. 7. While cake is baking make instant pudding by following box instructions. 8. Make your whip cream by beating together heavy whipping cream, powder sugar and vanilla extract. Put pudding and whip cream in fridge. 9. Slice your bananas. 10. Remove cake from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Poke holes in top of cake. Let cake sit for another 5 minutes. 11. Remove instant pudding from fridge and pour over cake and smooth out. 12. Layer bananas on top of pudding and put a handful of full wafers. Sprinkled crushed wafers on top of the pudding. 13. Take whip cream out of the fridge and spread a layer of whip cream on top of the cake. Pipe remaining whip cream on top of smooth layer. Garnish if desired.View original recipe
