What you need

mini marshmallows
cup vegetable oil

cup flour

candy cane

tsp baking soda

sprinkles

cup cocoa powder
tsp baking powder

tsp vanilla extract

cup sugar

tsp table salt

cup brewed coffee

jumbo marshmallows

fl oz whipped cream

box frosting
Instructions
For the cupcakes: 1. Preheat an oven to 350°F. Prep a cupcake pan with festive paper liners. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and mix with a whisk until well combined. 3. Add the hot coffee, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well until combined and smooth. 4. Use an ice cream scoop to fill out the cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 5. Remove from oven and carve out a little hole in the center of each cupcake and place a large marshmallow in the middle. Bake for another 5 minutes until the marshmallow expands! 6. Cool cupcakes for 30 minutes prior to decorating. Decorate with Cookie Dough Frosting, mini candy canes, holiday sprinkles, mini marshmallows, chocolate shavings, and whip cream.View original recipe
