What you need

tsp salt

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp all purpose flour
cup fresh blueberries

tbsp table sugar

cup brown sugar

cup old fashioned oats
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Crust: In a large bowl, whisk together oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until it's a well-mixed crumble mixture. Set aside a little more then half of the mixture; press remaining into bottom of mini 5qt cast iron dutch oven. Set aside while you prepare the filling. Filling: In a small bowl, toss blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and flour until blueberries are completely and evenly coated. Pour mixture over top of crust and press blueberries down slightly. Crumble: Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over top of the blueberries as evenly as you can! We like a lot of crumble on top! Bake for 35-40minutes, until crumble is golden and fruit is bubbling. Enjoy!View original recipe
