One Bowl-Giant Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 2. In a large bowl combine softened butter and sugars with a spatula or spoon. 3. Add in vanilla extract. 4. Beat one small egg and spoon in 2 tablespoon of the beaten egg to the mixture. 5. Once wet ingredients are combined add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and stir together. (You may mix dry ingredients in a small bowl or add directly to your wet ingredients bowl). 6. Add in chocolate chips to your cookie dough batter and combine, saving a handful of chocolate chips for the top of your cookie. 7. Press handful of chocolate chips on top of cookie, with sprinkles. 8. Bake cookie for 18-20 minutes. 9. Take cookie out of the oven and let it cool on cooling rack for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle sea salt on top and enjoy!
