Sweet and fluffy Hot Chocolate Popovers, perfect for a special breakfast or dessert, especially with optional marshmallows and Nutella.

1. Preheat oven to 425-degree F. Grease popover pan and put in oven while you make popover batter. 2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl. 4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together till smooth (batter is very loose). 5. Fill popover pan about 2/3 way full. Place a marshmallow on top of each popover, optional. 6. Lower oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Do not open oven during baking. 7. Use knife and pop out popovers. Pipe Nutella in if desired and enjoy!
