Personal Deep Dish Flourless Chocolate Marshmallow Skillet Cake

Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small saucepan, melt two tablespoons butter over low heat. Remove pan from the heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside to cool slightly. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and salt. Slowly pour in melted chocolate. Mix until blended, about 20 seconds. Pour batter into mini 4” personal skillet. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 22-25 minutes. If you like to add marshmallow fluff take skillet out at 15 minutes and scoop a heaping spoonful of fluff in the middle of your cake and bake for the remaining 10 minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and eat warm!
