Irresistible Nutella Cinnamon Sugar Baked Donuts

Delicious baked donuts coated in cinnamon sugar and stuffed with Nutella, perfect for a sweet treat.

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease donut pans. Into a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. 3. Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. A stand mixer can be used for the donuts but is not required. 4. Pipe the batter into the baking pans, filling each one a little more than three-quarters full. 5. Bake for 12 minutes, until donuts rise and are not wet on top. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then tap the donuts out onto a sheet pan. 6. For the topping, melt the 6 tbsp of butter into a dish big enough to dunk your donut in. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. 7. Dip each donut first in the butter and then in the cinnamon sugar, dunking both sides. 8. Finish off by stuffing the donut with Nutella using a piping bag and drizzle Nutella on top!
