1. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. 2. In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients. 3. Beat eggs into milk, then stir in vanilla extract and melted butter. 4. Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients. 5. Place butter in skillet. When butter foam subsides, spoon batter onto skillet, making pancakes of any size you like. 6. Flip pancakes after bubbles rise to surface and bottoms brown, after 2 to 4 minutes. 7. Plate pancakes and top off with powder sugar and syrup if you like! Enjoy 😊
