These are super easy to make and only takes 10 minutes to prep and 10 minutes to bake!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll out puff pastry with rolling pin. Using a cup or a pastry cutter cut out circles. Press fork onto dough to make little air holes. On one circle place jam, leaving about an inch around the edges. Place other circle dough on top and press edges down with a fork. Beat egg in small bowl and brush on top of puff pastry. Place in oven for 10 minutes. About 5 minutes in we press our rising puff pastry’s down to flatten them a bit. Continue to bake till golden brown. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack. Let cool for about 5-10 minutes. While cooling, combine together all icing ingredients in a bowl. Top off pop-tarts with icing and sprinkles and enjoy! Great for breakfast for a party. You may use any jam or filling you like in these pop-tarts as well!
