These donuts are so moist and fluffy! If you have a sweet tooth they are for you. Don’t worry, if you do not have a donut pan, pull out your muffin pan to make these!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two 6 cavity donut pans. This recipe makes 12 donuts. If you are using a muffin pan spray with baking spray or use baking cups. Combine dry ingredients, flour, sugar and baking powder. Set aside. Combine egg, milk, melted butter and whisk together. Add vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemonade concentrate, lemon extract, and lemon zest and whisk till combine. Combine wet ingredients into dry and mix together. You can use a whisk, stand mixer or handheld mixer. Pipe donut mix into donut pans, filling 3/4 of the way. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and pop onto a cooling rack. Cover donut sides in sugar. Glaze: combine lemonade concentrate and strawberries in a blender. Mix on high speed till you have a smooth liquid. Combine strawberry lemonade mix with powder sugar and stir. Add lemon zest and give one final stir before glazing the donuts! Enjoy.
