A delicious and easy-to-make peanut butter pie featuring a graham cracker crust and a creamy peanut butter filling, topped with chocolate chips.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a blender, grind up graham crackers till they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and combine. 3. Press graham cracker mixture in a 9-inch pie dish and bake for about 12-15 minutes till golden brown. Put aside to cool. 4. Filling: combine all peanut butter filling ingredients in a stand mixer bowl with a fitted paddle, and combine till smooth and creamy. 5. Pour filling in the pie dish and top off with some chocolate chips. 6. Refrigerate for 4-6 hrs and then take out, ready to slice! Enjoy!
