Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl beat together butter and sugar for 5 minutes till light and fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla extract and combine. Fold in flour, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl mashed together ripe bananas and add to the batter and mix together. In a prepared 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper pour batter into dish. Bake for 28 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes, frost and slice!
