This cheesecake is so good and easy to make! I love a No Bake and this one has stolen my heat. Especially with the chocolate crunchies and ganache topping. Full recipe below.

1. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. In a heart shape or 8โ spring form pan, press Oreo crust down. Put in fridge. 2. Make cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese till smooth. Add in sugars and combine. Add in vanilla extract. 3. In a separate mixing bowl with a hand mixer, beat heavy cream till stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold in crushed and chopped Oreos. Pour mixture on top of crust in springform pan and smooth out till flat. Place cheesecake in fridge for 6 hours or overnight. 4. Make ganache topping by heating up heavy milk (cream) and pouring over chopped chocolate, stir till it thickens. Pour over set cheesecake. 5. Combine chocolate-crunchies and hard shell in a bowl. Pour chocolate-crunchies over ganache topping. Set in fridge while you make your chocolate whip cream or you can buy chocolate whip cream. 6. Pipe whip cream on cheesecake, add an Oreo for decoration, slice and enjoy!
