An irresistible Sugar Cookie Tart topped with fluffy marshmallow frosting, perfect for Valentine's Day!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat sugar and butter till smooth, approximately 3 minutes. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract, till combine. In median bowl combine flour and baking powder. Slowly mix in dry flour mixture into wet ingredients. Beat for 3-5 minute till combined. Grease tart pan lightly with cooking spray. Pat down with paper towel. Spread out dough in tart pan pushing down and molding the edges. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. You may have to push down the middle of your cookie tart if it rises, using a back of a spoon when you take it out. While cooling, make the marshmallow frosting. Heat the sugar, cream of tartar, vanilla, and egg whites using a double boiler. Stir frequently till mixture reached 160F. Remove from heat and beat on medium-high speed for 10 minutes till you have stiff peaks! Watch video to assemble frostings! Top off with sprinkles.
