Ingredients: KIND Bar, Dark Chocolate Almond Coconut; Tate's Bake Shop Cookies, Milk Chocolate with White Chocolate Chocolate Chip; Bob's Red Mill Baking Soda; Morton Plain Salt, 26 Ounce; Gold Medal All Purpose Flour with Resealable Bag; Signature Select Vanilla Extract Pure; Vital Farms Vital Farms Pasture-Raised (Alfresco) Eggs 18; Sugar In The Raw Cane Sugar, Turbinado; Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar; Challenge Butter, Unsalted, European Style

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
* Beat together butter and sugars for 3-5 minutes.
* Add eggs and vanilla extract.
* Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl and add slowly to cookie batter. Will take a couple minutes to come together.
* Fold in chocolate chips.
* In a 9” spring form pan or a 9” baking dish , grease pan and press down half cookie batter. Layer your chocolate bars in the center and press down other half of cookie dough on top.
* Bake for 25 minutes.
* Cool for 45 minutes.
* Frosting for cake is optional but festive. Also yummy as is!
