These Pecan Pie Rice Pudding shooters only involve 8 ingredients and about 15 minutes to whip up! Featuring Petit Pot Pint Size Rice Pudding, this dessert is layered with crushed graham crackers, a gooey pecan pie filling, and creamy rice pudding.

1. Crush Graham crackers or ginger snaps in a blender or plastic bag with a rolling pin and place in a small bowl and set aside. 2. In a medium saucepan combine the butter, brown sugar, honey, heavy cream and vanilla extract. Stir at medium heat for about 2 minutes and combine in the chopped pecans. Stir pecans into filling for about 2 additional minute till pecans are covered and nice and gooey. 3. Take your rice pudding out of the fridge and get ready to assemble. We used Tumbler cups, you can also use dessert shooters. This will make 8 desserts cups/shooters. 4. Layer a small spoonful of Graham crackers crumbs, a scoop of pecan pie filling and a scoop of rice pudding. Repeat layers one more time for 6 layers. You may drizzle pecan pie filling juice from the pan or caramel on top or even add whip-cream! They are good as is!
