These banana cinnamon crumb donuts are super easy to make, super soft, and feature a delicious crumb topping. Perfect for a breakfast treat.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a donut pan or line a muffin pan. 2. Blend bananas and add to a medium bowl. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract and combine all together. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. 4. Add dry ingredients to wet and combine until smooth. 5. Prepare the brown sugar swirl mix. Pour half of the brown sugar swirl mix into the donut batter and fold in with a spatula. Pipe donut mix into the donut pan or muffin pan, filling 3/4 of the way full. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar swirl mix on top of each donut. 6. Make the crumb by combining all crumb ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of the donuts. Bake for 10 minutes. Pop out on a cooling rack. 7. Make the glaze by mixing all glaze ingredients into a small bowl. Put glaze in a piping bag and drizzle over the cooled donuts. Enjoy.
