Make the crust or crumbles by creaming together the butter and brown sugar with a mixer (hand or standing). Add flour and salt and mix till crumbly. Put aside crust. For the Pecan filling: Combine in a medium saucepan the butter, brown sugar, honey, heavy cream and vanilla extract. Stir at medium heat for about 2 minutes and combine in the chopped pecans. Stir pecans into filling for about 1 additional minute till pecans are covered and nice and gooey. Take 2 spoonful of crust and layer at bottom of cup. Then two scoops of pecan pie filling and layer on top of crust. Repeat till finished. Enjoy!
