1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract till smooth. Set aside. 2. Slice banana thinly. 3. Place phyllo dough sheet on a flat surface and place a slice of banana in the middle of the sheet. 4. Take a spoonful of cream cheese filling place on top of banana. 5. Take a little water and wet edges of dough. Roll on a diagonal and close egg roll, and repeat till all 12 are full. 6. Heat pan with about an inch of oil (don’t over fill or phyllo dough will become soggy while frying). Place egg roll in oil and flip after 90 seconds till both sides are golden brown! 7. Combine cinnamon sugar topping and dunk egg rolls. 8. Combine chocolate, cayenne pepper and heavy cream in microwave for 60 seconds. Stirring in 15 seconds intervals so it doesn’t burn! 9. Put egg rolls on a serving platter or bowl with dipping sauce and enjoy! If you don’t like bananas you can make with out the bananas and they are equally as good.
