This classic mud pie is so easy to make and the brownie batter layer, along with the vanilla whip cream is my favorite!

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8” or 9” spring form pan and line bottom with parchment paper. 2. Make crust by combining crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press crust down the bottom of the pan and slightly up the sides. Put in fridge while making brownie batter. 3. Make brownie batter by combining meted butter and sugars. Mix together. Add in cocoa powder and stir. It will be thicker. 4. Add in large egg and vanilla extract and mix. Combine flour and baking powder and stir into wet mixture with a spoon or whisk. I like using a spoon. 5. Pour brownie mix over crust and smooth out. Bake for 18-22 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean in the center of brownie. 6. Remove from oven and let it cool for 30 minutes. Make pudding by combining pudding package and milk. Do not follow box instructions. Smooth pudding layer over brownie layer and put in the fridge for 2-4 hrs to set. 7. When ready make whip cream by whipping together heavy cream, powder sugar and vanilla extract for 2-3 minutes till soft peaks form. Spread over pudding layer. 8. Garnish with crushed oreos, chocolate shavings and chocolate squares. Slice and enjoy.
