This berry crisp tart is perfect for the spring time! Top it off with icecream and enjoy.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Make the dough: In a small bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp kosher salt together. In a separate small bowl, combine 1/2 cup olive oil, 3 tbsp milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/2 tsp almond extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a fork; do not over mix. Pour the dough into a tart pan (10" or 11" round, or a rectangle tart pan/pie dish) and press down to cover the bottom and sides of the pan. Make filling: In a medium bowl, combine 2/3 cup sugar, 3 tbsp flour, and 2-3 tbsp unsalted butter (softened). You can use your fingers or a mixer on low speed to develop a crumbly topping; set aside. Add the blueberries and blackberries to the top of the tart dough (no need to dress them in the crumble mixture). Pour the crumble mix evenly on top of the berries. Bake for 35 minutes or until berries are bubbling slightly. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Serve warm, optionally with ice-cream on top!
