These Pumpkin donuts are so moist, covered in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with caramel sauce! This batter is versatile so you can make 12 muffins with it, a loaf or the donuts of course.

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease donut pan. Combine in a medium bowl dry ingredients, whisk together and set aside. * In a medium bowl combine wet ingredients and whisk together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix till smooth. * Pipe batter into donut pan, filling 3/4 way full. * Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Pop out of the pan. Dunk each side in melted butter and cover in cinnamon sugar. Enjoy! Makes 12 donuts.
