A delightful and easy recipe for a mini blueberry crumble, perfect for a weekend treat. Blueberries love to jam!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Crust: In a large bowl, whisk together oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in melted butter and vanilla until it's a well-mixed crumble mixture. Set aside a little more then half of the mixture; press remaining into bottom of mini 5qt cast iron dutch oven. Set aside while you prepare the filling. Filling: In a small bowl, toss blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and flour until blueberries are completely and evenly coated. Pour mixture over top of crust and press blueberries down slightly. Crumble: Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over top of the blueberries as evenly as you can! We like a lot of crumble on top! Bake for 35-40minutes, until crumble is golden and fruit is bubbling. Enjoy!
